Where do you deliver?

Across Boone County (Lebanon, Whitestown, Zionsville and nearby) and Brownsburg, all at one price. We also serve Carmel, Westfield, Avon, Fishers, Noblesville and northwest Indianapolis, which may carry a flat fee we quote before you book.

How long is a rental?

Every package is two full weeks. Need more time? Add a week anytime by text before your pickup date.

How many totes do I need?

Plan on 15 to 20 per room. Our Apartment package fits a studio or 1 bedroom, Townhome a 2 bedroom, House a 3 bedroom, and Big House or Whole Home for 4 bedrooms and up. If you run short, we'll bring 10 more.

Are the totes clean?

Yes. Every tote is cleaned between rentals and checked before it goes out. We send you a photo of your totes before we load them.

When will you show up?

We text you a 2-hour delivery window the day before, and again when we're on the way.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can reach the totes and you've told us where to leave them or where to find them.

Do you deliver to apartments?

Yes, to your door, walk-ups included. Just tell us the floor and whether there's an elevator.

My closing date moved. Now what?

Move your dates free with 48 hours' notice. It happens all the time.

Can my movers use the totes?

Yes. Movers like them because they're uniform and stack tight in the truck.

How much can I put in one tote?

Fill them, but keep them liftable. Heavy items like books go in partly filled totes, and the dolly does the carrying. Wrap fragile items in paper or bubble wrap inside the tote.

Is there a deposit?

No. We keep a card on file. If a tote or dolly goes missing or comes back damaged, the replacement fee is $25 per tote and $90 per dolly, and we'll always talk to you first.

Is this cheaper than buying boxes?

It's priced close to a store-bought box kit. What you save is time: no store runs, no building and taping, no flattening and hauling boxes afterward.

Can I gift a tote rental?

Yes. Realtors, builders and apartment communities use our partner programs. If you'd like to gift one personally, call or email us.

How do I book?

Online in about two minutes. Pick a package and dates, and we'll confirm, send an invoice and a short rental agreement.
